Sandra Fincham, from the Perth suburb of Wembley Downs, knows first hand the difference that volunteering in the community makes as she has been volunteering for the Leukaemia Foundation in WA for nearly eight years, since August 2000, doing office support work.

Our volunteers

The Leukaemia Foundation volunteers are crucial to helping us achieve our goals. Many thousands of people have selflessly given up their time to help make a real and positive difference to the lives of patients and families. They have also helped raise much needed funds for research and patient support.

Many volunteers have been personally touched by leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma or a related disorder. However, many others just enjoy having fun within the Leukaemia Foundation 'family' while at the same time knowing that their contribution will have a significant impact.
