Be a volunteer
Volunteers are crucial to helping the Leukaemia Foundation achieve our goals. Many thousands of people have selflessly given up their time to help make a real and positive difference to the lives of patients and families. They have also helped raise much needed funds for research and patient support.
Many volunteers have been personally touched by leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma or a related disorder. However, many others just enjoy having fun within the Leukaemia Foundation 'family' while at the same time knowing that their contribution will have a significant impact.
In many states, the Foundation has volunteer branches. These branch members form a support network for patients when they return home after treatment to provide practical and emotional assistance when it is needed most. They also help raise vitally needed funds within their local communities.
